- 2 Plums
- 6 Thyme Sprigs
- Juice from one Lemon
- 4 Tbsp. Thyme Simple Syrup (1/2 Cup of Sugr, 1/2 Cup of W ter, bring to boil, remove from he t, dd thyme sprigs, stir, nd let cool. Chill until re dy to use.)
- 1 Bottle of Prosecco or your fvorite bubbly
- Peel and chop 2 plums.
- Muddle the plums with the thyme simple syrup nd lemon juice until ll of the plum juices h ve been rele sed. (You c n lso muddle right in the gl ss if you prefer to h ve bits of fruit in your cockt il!)
