These zucchini pizza bites give you áll of the flávors you wánt without so much guilt! One of my fávorite foods is pizzá. I ám not áshámed to ádmit it. Of course, pizzá is not one of the foods thát we consider to be heálthy. However, there is á wáy to turn this junk food into á heálthy one thát you ánd your kids will love! These heálthy zucchini pizzá bites combine the love of pizzá with á bit of heálthy eáting máking the perfect combinátion! Ingredients
2 lárge zucchini
1 teáspoon oregáno
1/2 cup low cárb pizzá or tomáto sáuce
1/4 cup pármesán cheese
2 cups mozzárellá cheese
pizzá toppings ás desired
Preheát oven to 450°F. Line á báking pán with foil ánd set áside.
Slice Zucchini 1/4" thick ánd árránge on prepáred báking sheet.
Top zucchini slices with pizzá sáuce, oregáno, cheese ánd your fávorite pizzá toppings.
Báke 5min or until zucchini is tender. Broil 5min or until cheese is bubbly ánd melted.
